Located in Springfield, Ohio, we offer a minimum 90 day residential program and are considered a Level 3 recovery home. According to Ohio Revised Code Section 340.01 (A) (3), “Recovery Housing” means housing for individuals recovering from drug addiction that provides an alcohol and drug-free living environment, peer support, assistance with obtaining drug addiction services, and other drug addiction recovery assistance. [Effective 9/15/2016] . We offer an intense in-house 12-step residential program.
Our staff consists of a Program Director, 2 live-in Program Staff/House Managers, an Activities Director who does art, music, and recreation therapy, a chaplain, and an RN Case Manager who is also our CEO, as well as a Chief Financial Officer that works off-site. We also have secured the services of a Professional Clinical Counselor as well as a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor to see patients with dual-diagnosis or other mental health concerns. The majority of our staff are in recovery, and it is our philosophy that only another addict or alcoholic truly understands the hopelessness felt by those afflicted with these diseases, and for this reason are able to reach the affected much more readily than other individuals.
We strive to provide a safe, sober and homelike environment to any alcoholics and addicts desiring to be free of their addictions. It is our desire to give them the tools needed to leave their pain and helplessness behind, teaching them how to live a sober and purposeful life using the AA/NA Twelve Steps and the AA Big Book and peer mentoring. Our staff will sponsor and mentor each resident individually to show them by example the solution to living a drug and alcohol free life. Any needed clinical support will be coordinated by our RN Case Manager, with dual diagnosis counseling offered off-site, based on the resident’s medical insurance guidelines. We currently do not accept insurance, as our program is faith-based, but will work with you on obtaining funding if necessary!
